About me: As a human movement specialist for the past sixteen years, I love to use my doctorate in health science to help people move better after injury or illness. Following a TBI in 2018, my desire to support others through hardship was deepened and renewed.
Why LYB: Before my brain injury, I thought I could figure out everything on my own. After my brain injury, I found support, acceptance, and belonging in the Love Your Brain community. It's important to me to pay it forward by sharing the tools that continue to help me daily.
