Bring LoveYourBrain Yoga to your community

We train yoga teachers and health professionals to deliver the evidence-based, LoveYourBrain Yoga program within their community. Research shows this curriculum improves positive mood, resilience, cognition, mental health, and overall quality of life after brain injury.

Our unique curriculum has been implemented by thousands of teachers and studios across the US and Canada to foster mental, physical, and social well-being for the brain injury community.

How does it work?

The LoveYourBrain Yoga curriculum is a 6-week yoga, mindfulness, and psychoeducation program designed for people with TBI (including concussion), stroke, other forms of brain injury, and caregivers. The 15 page curriculum includes:

  • 6 weekly themes based on the science of resilience, including quotes for tone-setting

  • 2 mat/chair asana sequences that address vestibular symptoms, hemiparesis, balance challenges, and other common TBI symptoms

  • 3 breathwork scripts, including equal belly, heart breath, and breath of fire

  • 6 meditation scripts, including body scan, visualizations, progressive muscle relaxation, mantra, lovingkindness

  • 6 psychoeducation topics (resilience, mindfulness, realistic optimism, interrupting negative thoughts, community connection, gratitude) and facilitated discussion question prompts

How can I access it?

Anyone who completes our LoveYourBrain Yoga for TBI - Level 1 or our LoveYourBrain Yoga for Health Professionals Trainings will be eligible to apply. Once approved, you’ll gain access to our LoveYourBrain Yoga portal with the full curriculum and other teaching materials.

  • Submit your application, and once approved, pay a one-time fee to access the full curriculum and other teaching materials.

  • You can market your classes as LoveYourBrain Yoga and utilize the curriculum however best serves your community!
