This week’s tip comes from a TBI community member.  It’s a great suggestion because it’s completely feasible, no matter how busy you are.

“The recommended daily exercise depends on your age, but I recommend doing some kind of exercise that gets your heart rate up for an extended amount of time (10+ minutes). This will "free" the mind from any stresses that are present. Try to focus on your breathing, instead of any other worry you may have. This increased blood flow will improve your health and mindset.”
