About me: I was brought into the TBI community in 2007. I was a participant in the Mindset program and attended a retreat, both of which have not only bettered my life but introduced me to some of the most phenomenal human beings this world has to offer. I now attend every retreat I am invited to as a Retreat Ambassador. There is nothing I look forward to more!

Why LYB: I feel a strong connection to LoveYourBrain. I always leave retreats learning so much about not only the TBI community but myself as well. It is the staff and the participants that keep me bringing me back to LYB.

Superhero: LYB Participants! They remind me what is important in life and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
