Reprogramming the Mind/Body Relationship

Today, we begin the process of retraining the mind, to think in new ways, to believe new thoughts. Many of our thoughts have been learned and can be unlearned, in order to bring more presence and wellbeing. Affirmation and mantra are the focal point today.

Carolyn Anne Budgell (BA, ERYT since 2008) is an introspective and lighthearted yoga/meditation instructor based in Vancouver, BC.  Carolyn discovered yoga in 1999 as a ski bum in Whistler and now teaches all over with Lila Vinyasa School of Yoga, lululemon, various international yoga festivals / conferences and many other organizations.
