Meeting Your Body and Mind, Just As It Is
This practice focuses on welcoming and feeling your body in its current state, no matter what is arising, while building a sense of okayness and wellbeing. We’ll also explore a breathing practice that allows you to feel or imagine the breath moving in different areas of the body. The end of the practice invites a sense of spacious openness.
