Honor Your Authenticity

In this guided meditation, we will call forth the different parts of ourselves that make us who we are. Showing up as fully as ourselves can be a radical and brave act, and we will celebrate those parts in this meditation.

Eric Mosley (he/him) is a yoga and meditation teacher, educator, and diversity & inclusion consultant on a mission to encourage all people to show up as their most authentic selves on and off of their mats. With a background in education and school leadership spanning over 10 years, Eric integrates the nuances of his identity and his experiences as an educational leader to address identity based inequities in wellness. As a consultant, Eric uses mindfulness practices to help schools and companies navigate current events, have difficult conversations around race, equity, and belonging, and live into their values versus simply proclaiming them. He's excited to contribute to the LoveYourBrain Meditation & Yoga Library.
