Grounding into center

In this meditation, Tristan will guide you to use the energy of the earth as a way to inform a sense of stillness, quiet, and the feeling of being held. It’s so easy to forget that the ground is literally carrying and supporting us in each moment. When we attune to that truth, we can more easily find our center, which can support us in moving through our days with greater vulnerability and authenticity.
