Make a plan to vote!

Completing tasks can be much more difficult after a TBI, which often has effects on concentration, memory, and energy levels. It’s election season in the United States, and it’s helpful to make a plan for how you are going to vote! Having a plan will help ensure you know your voter registration status, COVID-19 regulations, voting deadlines, and options to vote by mail or vote early in person to avoid long lines. Here’s how you can start:

  • Check your registration

  • Register to vote

  • Decide how you’ll vote

    • Vote by mail

    • Vote early in person

    • Vote in person on election day, November 3rd.

  • Set reminders in the calendar you use (either electronic or paper) that can alert you of important deadlines
