Completing tasks can be much more difficult after a TBI, which often has effects on concentration, memory, and energy levels. It’s election season in the United States, and it’s helpful to make a plan for how you are going to vote! Having a plan will help ensure you know your voter registration status, COVID-19 regulations, voting deadlines, and options to vote by mail or vote early in person to avoid long lines. Here’s how you can start:
Check your registration
Register to vote
Decide how you’ll vote
Vote by mail
Vote early in person
Vote in person on election day, November 3rd.
Set reminders in the calendar you use (either electronic or paper) that can alert you of important deadlines
