Breathing into center

In this short guided meditation, we explore the connection between our breath and our physical body as a way to inform a connection to our sense of center. After you complete this practice, you might choose to pause and reflect on what “center” means to you, and how you can support yourself in staying “centered” through your breath.

Tristan Katz (they/them) is a writer, educator, and digital strategist based on the ancestral land of the Cowlitz and Clackamas peoples, now known as Portland, OR. Tristan offers justice-focused marketing individual and group mentorship programs for yoga and wellness professionals, along with workshops and trainings centered around queer identity and transgender awareness with an anti-oppression and intersectional lens. Through their podcast, articles, digital resources, and workshops, Tristan supports those who seek to grow their work while staying aligned with the practices of yoga, equity, diversity, and inclusivity.
