Organizational Background:
The LoveYourBrain Foundation is a US-based nonprofit that improves the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) through programs that build community and foster resilience. We believe that mindfulness, yoga and community are essential to transforming the wellbeing of people impacted by TBI. That’s why we pioneered our Yoga, Retreat, and Mindset programs to empower our community with new tools, resources, and connections. Through the Clinical Affiliate program, LoveYourBrain envisions resilience-based yoga with psychoeducation programs as a standard of care for patients with brain injury and their families. The Clinical Affiliate program is a partnership model between LoveYourBrain and neurorehabilitation facilities across the U.S. and Canada. We train and offer technical assistance to our partners to integrate the evidence-based LoveYourBrain Yoga program into outpatient and inpatient service. We also conduct extensive outreach with clinical, advocacy, and community-based stakeholders to raise awareness about the benefits of mindfulness, yoga, and social connection for brain injury. We are engaged in ongoing research to evaluate the impact of our programs and contribute evidence-based practices for making yoga more accessible to the brain injury community.
Position Summary: The Program Manager will manage the LYB Clinical Affiliate program administration, sustainability, and expansion, as well as outreach efforts to engage key stakeholders in the medical and advocacy communities in our work. This role requires a dynamic clinical program administrator with demonstrated expertise bridging clinical care and mindfulness-based programming, teaching adaptive yoga, understanding of inpatient and outpatient neurorehabilitation systems, and is dedicated to promoting accessible holistic health programming for the brain injury community. This role must feel confident presenting both technical and mindfulness-based experiential content to raise awareness evidence-based benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and social connection for brain injury,

Essential duties and responsibilities
Administration
Contributes to the Clinical Affiliate program and outreach strategic plans
Manages administrative tasks, including program budget, communications with partners, program email account, website updates, and Standard Operating Procedures
Manages program and outreach data in Salesforce and in google platform
Tracks programmatic Key Performance Indicators for external and internal purposes
Grows and develops Clinical Affiliate program quality through program assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, partner feedback
Independently manage annual renewal process including sending invoice, review of annual contract in collaboration with legal team
Data collection and monitoring
Track KPIs for Clinical Affiliates and outreach on a monthly basis
Manage customized data collection procedures (i.e., google forms) for each Clinical Affiliate based on their priorities
Produce impact reports to synthesize progress towards program goals
Engage Clinical Affiliate partners quarterly to ensure data and attendance is being collected and adjust processes as needed
Growth
Independently identify and secure new Clinical Affiliates to meet program expansion goals
Independently onboard new Clinical Affiliates by customizing the program to their clinical context and data collection procedures
Quality Assurance
Oversee retention of LYB-Trained Yoga Teachers on site and ensure there is a consistent primary contact and at least 2 LYB trained clinicians at all times
Provide ongoing technical assistance with program implementation to ensure successful adaptation of LYB Yoga curriculum in each clinical context
Manage mentorship calls as requested with Clinical Affiliates
Outreach
Identify and manage strategic partnerships with individuals and organizations (e.g., clinical facilities, BIAs) to enhance awareness about LYB programming
Conduct outreach presentations (e.g., in-services, national and local academic conferences, webinars) to raise awareness about LYB Mindset and other programming
Present at academic and advocacy conferences to raise awareness evidence-based benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and social connection for brain injury, includes travel
Organize and execute outreach trips (3-5x per year) to engage key stakeholders in our work
Present inservice to clinical staff (i.e. PT, OT, SLP, RT, MD, PsyD, etc.) to support referrals to Clinical Affiliate program and promote a ‘LYB culture’ on site
Manage onboarding and activation of network of Clinical Connectors, a cohort of 20+ clinician program champions
Works closely with the Comms and Marketing team to produce program outreach content (e.g., info cards, in-service ppts)
Communications
Independently manage communications with 10-20 Clinical Affiliate partners across the U.S. and Canada
Collaborate with LYB communications team to create partnership announcements with new Clinical Affiliates (i.e. newsletter, social media) and periodic spotlights to highlight their work to broader LYB audience

Minimum Requirements:
At least 3-10 years experience in managing wellness programming, preferably involving yoga or mindfulness, in clinical contexts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage leadership in medical and research environments
Strong clinical program growth and operations experience, including demonstrated ability to pitch new programs to clinical leadership, secure and steward new program locations
Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practice, and demonstrated experience presenting research findings to convey benefits
Demonstrated expertise presenting both technical and mindfulness-based experiential content to raise awareness evidence-based benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and social connection for brain injury
Ability to travel quarterly to engage Clinical Affiliate partners and other neurorehabilitation facilities for outreach purppses
Proficient in working with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google platform, and Zoom
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for solving problems and actioning solutions in an iterative capacity, with a community centered approach
Highly-developed organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Qualifications and skills strongly preferred:
Experience with people affected by traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions
A depth of understanding in program management and administrative operations for yoga and/or mindfulness programs in clinical contexts
Physical Requirements:
Travel in the US and Canada by air and/or car (must have license, passport)
Drive a car
Work Environment:
Ability to effectively work remotely
Ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to talk over the phone or video conferencing (multiple times a day)
Ability to work over weekends (occasionally)
