I shine a heart centered beacon of light into those I meet, igniting the light that lives within. Sharing the wisdom and knowledge gained through life experiences, spiritual & practical training through modalities of mindfulness, meditation, shamanism and yoga.

Superhero: My superhero is my mother, she inspires every part of my being with her strength, courage and resilience. She lived a life of many traumatic experiences, I look at her as the Queen that never got to wear her crown.
