About me: I am a TBI thriver with a background in Social Work. I am emerging as a writer, retreat and meditation leader, and nurturer of all things. I enjoy being among the trees, cooking, and accompanying others on their souls path.

Why LYB: I get excited about being able to use my life experience to contribute to a more resilient and connected community. LYB -offering powerful curriculum, fostering healing connections, and modeling organizational integrity - is the perfect place for me to serve.

Superhero: Mother Earth is my superhero. She is so tenacious and resilient (that flower growing out of the sidewalk crack!) She also teaches me how to live in harmony with the cycles of life.
