Carolyn Anne Budgell (BA, ERYT since 2008) finally committed to meditation after years of teaching yoga because it changed her behaviour, her relationships and entire life above all other endeavours. In meditation, she couldn’t hide behind drugs, or being a know-it-all and she clarified the most honest and loving ways to show up in the world.

Carolyn has been leading meditation since 2010 in all types of settings: one-on-one, intimate groups, trainings, on international retreats, at the Wanderlust festivals and in the corporate world. She has studied with teachers from the schools of Engaged Buddhism, Insight meditation and Zen, notably Adyashanti, Tara Brach and Reggie Ray. You can find audio meditations with Carolyn on various websites: Mala Collective, lululemon, Insight Timer, MOMENT, LoveYourBrain and Tuja Wellness.

Carolyn guides her workshops and retreats in a simple and accessible language. She firmly believes that meditation is not just about being still and silent, but also about a willingness to look within, accept the situation and then work to create change. In this way, every aspect of life becomes a meditation.

Whether in an anti-oppression training, yoga space, individual or group intuitive healing session, the heart, healing and wholeness are at the center of how Michelle approaches all of her work in the world.

With a scratchy little voice and infectious giggle, Steph has a way of brightening any room. A personal love and professional commitment to supporting optimal health, healing, and spiritual opening has led her to infuse her style with material that is both light and of depth. Steph leads yoga, meditation, and educational courses that braid together traditional wisdom of the ancient East and evidence-based Western science. This is often done alongside her sense of humor and through metaphor. Steph recently obtained a Master's degree in Psychology and Spirituality from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2020. Her studies and research are rooted in the efficacy of integrative health interventions, Yoga, neurorehabilitation, and psychology. Ultimately, Steph believes play is the greatest form of research, and your life is your greatest experiment…Love is the only way you stay committed to that great work.
