Centering on Hope

In this brief practice, we’ll center our attention on our bodies and hearts to inspire a sense of hope. When we lose hope, we often lose sight of what keeps us centered. Join us for a practice to remember our dignity, choose supportive boundaries, and connect with what matters most--all core aspects of inspiring hope for ourselves and others.

Kyla Pearce, MPH, RYT, CBIS, PhD serves as the Senior Director of the Programs at LoveYourBrain, overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program on an international level. She has been part of the Pearce family for years, and, following Kevin's accident, played an integral role in the launch of LoveYourBrain. Kyla blended her expertise as a yoga teacher and researcher to develop the evidence-based LoveYourBrain Yoga curriculum, which she has trained over 1,000 yoga teachers and clinicians to deliver across the country. She is also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Dartmouth College investigating the impact of yoga and meditation for people with neurological conditions. She lives in Vermont with her husband Adam, and their sons, Bear and Owen.
